Items displayed in the online shop are IMMEDIATELY available and are shipped via DHL or UPS within 2-4 business days to the specified delivery address.
DHL makes up to two delivery attempts (possibly also with neighbors or similar), after which packages are stored for a week at the responsible DHL Parcel Shop and can be picked up with the notification card that was left.
UPS makes up to two delivery attempts (possibly also with neighbors or similar), after which packages are stored for a week at the responsible UPS Parcel Shop and can be picked up with the notification card that was left.
