If you wish to return your order, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days.

For orders from Germany, the customer will be refunded the entire invoice amount including shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

In the event of a return, please fill out the enclosed return form completely and send it back to us with the goods. Completing the form is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. Payments will be refunded within 30 days.

Through the portal, you can create and download a shipping label from DHL or UPS for a fee of 5.00 EUR.

SWITZERLAND

Please note that goods delivered to you via MeinEinkauf.ch (our partner for deliveries to Switzerland) must also be returned via the MeinEinkauf.ch return service for customs reasons.

Returns can only be processed under the following conditions:

• If you plan a return, please contact the BACKYARD customer service before sending your package, to apply for the return for MeinEinkauf GmbH.

• Please include the delivery note issued by MeinEinkauf AG and note on this delivery note which items you are returning. Also, include the return form from BACKYARD that you received with your order in the package.

• Please use the original packaging in which MeinEinkauf.ch sent you your shipment. The attached barcodes (2025xxxxxx and 8825xxxxxx) on the package and the items must NOT be removed.

What does the return cost?

MeinEinkauf.ch charges CHF 9.90 per item for the return service. This fee will be invoiced to you after the customs clearance is completed.

The reason for this fee is the increased effort in customs clearance and re-importation to Germany.

Please also consider your expenses for domestic postage with the Swiss Post.

MeinEinkauf.ch charges you the German postage at cost price, but at least CHF 8.50.

What deadlines must I observe?

In case you wish to return your order, you can return the goods to us within 14 days. Due to the postal transit times to Switzerland and back to Germany, please calculate with approximately 7 days shortened deadlines to receive a credit for your returns. MeinEinkauf.ch is not liable for longer transit times on returns.


REST OF THE WORLD

For orders from all other countries, the buyer bears both the shipping and return costs in case of cancellation.
