SHIPPING COSTS

GERMANY

For delivery within Germany, we charge 5 EUR. For orders over 50 EUR, no shipping and handling costs apply.

EUROPE

Shipments to the following countries generally cost 8 EUR:

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Cyprus

SWITZERLAND

Pay the same final price as customers in Germany (in Euro).
Your goods will be delivered to your home, cleared and taxed by MeinEinkauf AG (Switzerland). You do not pay any import duties or presentation fees.

Since the recipient of the delivery from the respective online shop is MeinEinkauf GmbH in Germany, you have no claim for reimbursement of German VAT.

You pay the value of your purchases directly with one of the approved payment methods in our online shop in Euro in favor of MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany) and on their invoice.

The service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch (from CHF 17.90 per shipment up to 10kg and 100x60x60cm) you pay after receiving your goods. The corresponding invoice will be sent to you by email.

This fee includes customs clearance, postage, and all charges. Delivery is free to your door - without presentation fees.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipments to the rest of the world cost a flat rate of 30 EUR.

For orders outside Germany, customs duties and costs or import taxes may be incurred by the destination country. These are levied by the import customs office and are always the responsibility of the recipient. They are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. Your local customs office can provide further information.
